September 2017

Nacap’s Kiata Wind Farm project wrapped up in September with great success.

The project encompassed all the works required to design, construct, install and commission 9 x V126 3.45MW IEC2B Vestas Wind Turbine Generators (“WTG”), including associated electrical and civil works.

Working with sister Quanta Services company, Consolidated Power Projects (CPP), Nacap Australia was appointed to construct all (9) WTG foundations. The Project is located 50km north west of Horsham, Victoria and when operational will provide enough clean energy for over 20,000 households in this region.

Congratulations go to Brian Treacy, Project Manager, and Bob Lieuwen, Superintendent, whom headed up the Nacap team and various subcontractors.

All works were well within our scope of experience and we now have an excellent platform for future projects in this space.
